Product delivery and payment
- We provide delivery of products in Ukraine via Nova Post service. The cost of delivery are paid by customer.
- Worldwide shipping is provided by services Ukrpost, Meest, Nova Post. The cost of delivery are paid by customer together with an order.
- You could choose option "Pick up in showroom" and receive your order in our shop in Lviv. When choosing the “Pickup at the showroom in Lviv” service, payment for the goods is possible directly upon receipt at the showroom.
You can pay the order on the website with a card using the Liqpay, Way for Pay payment system or choose the cash on delivery on Post option with an advance prepayment, and we will send you the details for the advance payment after placing the order. Payment by cash on delivery is made with a prepayment of 20% of the order value (Nova Post commission 20 UAH + 2% of the payment amount).
When receiving the product on Nova Post, please pay attention to the packaging (we pack each product in a box and additionally wrap it in stretch). If the packaging and the product are damaged, please sign a parcel damage report at Nova Post. All Nova Post parcels have an insurance amount equal to the cost of the product.
For our part, we guarantee that we will send you new leather goods made exclusively for you in our workshop in Lviv and, of course, we hope you enjoy wearing Mastak products.
Warranty for Leather Goods
According to the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection, the warranty period for leather goods is:
- 30 days – leather accessories, belts, wallets
- 50 days – leather bags, backpacks
The warranty covers free replacement of hardware, zippers, stitching, and individual leather parts. It does not cover dirt, product damage, or missing parts lost during use.
For warranty repairs via Nova Post from other cities, shipping is paid by the customer. In Lviv, you can bring your product directly to our showroom at 29 Virmenska Street.
After the warranty period ends, we still offer repairs and hardware replacement at minimal cost (materials + craftsman’s work). Delivery for post-warranty repairs is paid by the customer.
