Terms of exchange/return

According to the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection, exchange/return of the product is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase. This is possible if the product has no signs of use, the packaging and the receipt with the date of purchase are saved. The seller has the right to refuse to exchange/return the goods for any signs of its use.

When sending products by Nova Post, the 14-day exchange-return period starts from the next day after the order is sent to the customer. For an exchange/return, the delivery costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are made within 3 working days after the product is received and after managers confirm exchange/return.

No exchange and return options in the cases:

1)Individual orders with personalization;

2) сustom made models, orders with any changes of size of a current model or with any additional details.   

3) individual orders in special colors outside model pallette.

Not a reason for a warranty return and are not a product defect: 

1) Color and texture irregularities of vintage matte leather, which are its peculiarity and prove that it is indeed genuine vintage leather. There is a possibility of color residues on clothes with vintage leather in the process of its use, which is a feature of this type of leather - the process of polishing (glossing) the leather, during which it acquires a light glossy effect.

2) Glossy leather texture irregularities, which are a feature of genuine leather and prove its authenticity.

3) Other signs of handmade product that are not a defect but a feature of handmade sewing.
